1. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY

IDEOGEN Group GmbH is committed to ensuring that its digital services are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the principles of equal access and non-discrimination. We believe that accessible digital design benefits all users and reflects our broader commitment to inclusion and respect for all individuals who interact with our company.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and digital services and to ensure that all users — including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice recognition software, or magnification tools — can access, navigate, and use our digital services effectively.

2. CONFORMANCE STATUS

Target Standard: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA

Applicable Scope: www.ideogen.com (including all language versions: English, French, German, Italian) and the IDEOGEN Partner Platform accessible through the Website.

Current Conformance Status: Partially Conformant

We are currently assessing our website's accessibility and working to achieve Level AA compliance. We recognise that some areas of our website and the Partner Platform may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards. Where gaps exist, we are actively working to address them as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement programme.

IDEOGEN has not yet conducted a formal independent accessibility audit. A formal audit and remediation roadmap are planned for completion during 2026.

3. SCOPE OF THIS STATEMENT

This Accessibility Statement applies to:

(a) the corporate website at www.ideogen.com, including all pages, subpages, and language versions (English, French, German, Italian);

(b) all downloadable documents and resources published on the Website, including product information documents, PDF forms, and reports; and

(c) the IDEOGEN Partner Platform, accessible via login from the Website, including the Order Placement and Medicine Tracker functionalities.

This statement does not apply to third-party websites or services linked to from the Website, which are governed by their own respective accessibility policies.

4. MEASURES TAKEN TO SUPPORT ACCESSIBILITY

IDEOGEN has implemented or is implementing the following measures to improve and maintain the accessibility of its digital services:

(d) User feedback relating to accessibility is actively monitored and used to prioritise accessibility improvements.

  • Scripting: JavaScript; the Website is designed to function without JavaScript where feasible, and progressive enhancement principles are applied
  • ARIA: WAI-ARIA 1.1 attributes used where HTML5 native semantics are insufficient

Response commitment: IDEOGEN will acknowledge accessibility feedback within 10 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response, including information on how we plan to address the identified issue, within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are unable to access specific content due to an accessibility barrier, we will endeavour to provide that content to you in an accessible alternative format upon request.

8. ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK

8.1 Swiss Law — Disability Discrimination Act (BehiG)

In Switzerland, IDEOGEN is committed to the principles of the Federal Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against People with Disabilities (Bundesgesetz über die Beseitigung von Benachteiligungen von Menschen mit Behinderungen, BehiG, SR 151.3) and the associated Federal Ordinance on the Elimination of Discrimination against People with Disabilities (BehiV). While the BehiG does not currently impose mandatory WCAG compliance requirements on private entities providing commercial websites, IDEOGEN voluntarily adopts Level AA as its accessibility target in line with best practice and the spirit of the BehiG's non-discrimination principles.

8.2 EU Web Accessibility Directive

To the extent that the EU Directive on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (EU Directive 2016/2102) applies to IDEOGEN's EU subsidiary operations (Ideogen LABS B.V., IDEOGEN LABS SL, IDEOGEN GmbH Austria), IDEOGEN is committed to aligning its digital accessibility practices with the requirements of that Directive and the harmonised European Standard EN 301 549.

8.3 IDEOGEN's EU subsidiary entities are subject to the national implementing legislation of the relevant EU member states:

  • Netherlands: Besluit digitale toegankelijkheid overheid and implementation of Directive 2016/2102;
  • Spain: Real Decreto 1112/2018, de 7 de septiembre, sobre accesibilidad de los sitios web y aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles del sector público;
  • Austria: Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz (WZG), BGBl. I Nr. 59/2019.

IDEOGEN acknowledges that its EU subsidiary entities, if classified as bodies subject to these directives, must publish a conformant accessibility statement and provide accessible alternatives. This statement is designed to satisfy those obligations to the extent applicable.

8.4 Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you have the right to escalate a complaint as follows:

  • Switzerland: Federal Disability Commissioner (Eidgenössisches Büro für die Gleichstellung von Menschen mit Behinderungen, EBGB), Effingerstrasse 20, 3003 Bern, www.ebgb.admin.ch;
  • Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), where applicable;
  • Spain: Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital, through the supervision mechanism under Real Decreto 1112/2018;
  • Austria: Federal Monitoring Body (Monitoringstelle Österreich) or the Österreichische Volksanwaltschaft.

9. REVIEW AND UPDATE SCHEDULE

This Accessibility Statement was published in March 2026.

This statement will be formally reviewed and updated no less than annually, with the next scheduled review in March 2027, or sooner in the event of:

(a) material changes to the Website or Partner Platform;

(b) the publication of updated accessibility standards or guidelines applicable to IDEOGEN;

(c) the completion of a formal accessibility audit; or

(d) identification of significant accessibility gaps not currently disclosed herein.

IDEOGEN's accessibility improvement programme is ongoing. We are committed to increasing the conformance of our Website and Partner Platform with Level AA over time, and to working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance as those standards become the established benchmark.
